Our Mission
Vote for the Earth is a young political movement for radical democracy and a liveable future for people and planet. We give a voice to those currently unheard: youth and the Earth.

1. Giving a voice to the underrepresentedYoung people’s convictions and political opinions often are ignored. We want to change that. Your opinion matters, no matter your age. That is why we want to lower the voting age to 14 years.

2. Granting legal rights to natural reserves
The effects of climate change are alarming. In 2019, Europe experienced its hottest ever July, with temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celsius. In response to the escalating climate challenges, we need grant legal rights to natural reserves. Why do humans have the right to live, but rivers, trees, and ecosystems do not? Recognizing the legal rights of natural reserves is essential for preserving our ecosystems and preventing climate catastrophes.

3. Counteracting power imbalances
The current European parliament is dominated by political elites, most above the age of 30. They are not able to recognize the struggles, and needs of future generations. Therefore, we advocate for increased youth representation in political decision-making processes. This involves actively engaging with and empowering younger voices, fostering platforms for their perspectives, and implementing policies that address the unique challenges faced by future generations.
